Can I order a free sample?

Our sample kit can be mailed out to you on request. It includes our various printing papers, a paper copy of our Wholesale Catalogue and free Kingston Frameworks pen.

What are your turnaround times?

The time it takes to complete an order can depend on various factors, including order type and volume. Generally, print only orders are completed within 1 - 3 business days. Orders with framing, print mounting, or canvas stretching will take 1 - 2 weeks. If you have a deadline for an order, let us know so we can prioritize it.

Can you ship a print order directly to my client?

Yes, this practice is known as dropshipping. You can enter your client's shipping address when placing an order and the order will be sent directly to them.

Can I add my own marketing materials to a shipment?

Yes, you can provide us with certificates of authenticity, stickers, cards, or anything you like and we will fulfill your order with them in the package.

Are your prints archival?

We print exclusively with archival quality inks and papers, so your works are guaranteed to last lifetimes if treated properly.

What happens if a package is lost or damaged?

If a package is lost or damaged by a carrier, we will handle the claim with the carrier and send you a brand new one in the mail right away.
