Do I Need To Book An Appointment?
We accept walk-ins during our open hours of 9-5 Monday to Friday and 9-4 on Saturday. Booking an appointment gives you the advantage of skipping the line up during busy times and helps us to organize our day around our clients.
Can I Get A Quote Without An Appointment?
Several of our services are now available to be quoted and ordered right here from our website, including our Handmade Frames, Giclée Prints, and Art Crates. Many simple jobs can be quoted over email or phone as well. When dealing with unique custom framing the most accurate quote will be made in store once we have measured and chosen your frame styles.
Do You Offer Pick Up or Delivery?
Yes we do! For orders over $350 we offer free in-town pick up and delivery, and we also offer Installations. Beyond Kingston, we offer courier Pickup and Delivery as well.
Where Can I Park?
You can park on the street directly in front of our store at 673 Innovation Drive! Look for the sidewalk that leads to our door. There is also a parking lot adjacent to our building if street parking is taken.
