When you have an account with Kingston Frameworks, every order you make earns you Frameworks Rewards. For every $25 of your purchase you earn $1 in rewards for future purchases with us. They are redeemable online or in-store, though we are working on the integration of the two. Your rewards last one calendar year from the date of your last purchase.

Every piece that is made-to-order goes through our hands, and we guarantee the worksmanship of your piece. If anything in your piece is just not right, we will provide immediate and free service. For orders that were shipped within Canada and the US, a return package will be provided to you, or in some cases, a new order will simply be sent to you without the need for a return. For orders that are logistically impractical for us to work on ourselves, we will connect you with someone that can complete the work and offer to pay for it ourselves. This is our rock solid guarantee that you can count on.
