A New Chapter at 673 Innovation Drive
After 41 wonderful years at 198 Princess Street, Kingston Frameworks is ready for a fresh start at a new location: 673 Innovation Drive, Units 2-4. Our journey began in 1982, and we’ve been a proud cornerstone of the downtown community. Now, coming in March 2024, we are opening our new location to bring you a new home for all your art, fine printing and framing needs.
What’s New?
Our new space is buzzing with excitement, undergoing renovations to bring you all kinds of new features. Imagine discussing your next masterpiece in our private art viewing and gallery wall consultation room, or watching exciting content live in our digital studio. Our enhanced gallery space will showcase top artists in our bigger, better gallery, and our fully operational wood shop will create your unique, custom design projects.
But wait, there’s more! Our team’s hard work is supported by a new gym area, plus we are upgrading our machinery to handle larger, more ambitious pieces beyond 12 feet. Let’s go big!
New “Young Artists” Area
The Young Artists area will be a delightful addition where children of all ages can unleash their creativity. We are providing a space for them to dab, doodle and create their own works of art, as well as a fun display area for their pieces to be shared.
Where Can I Park?
Parking woes downtown? Not anymore! One of the greatest perks of our new location is the abundance of parking spaces available. Plus, with easy access from Highway 15 and the new third crossing bridge, getting to us is a breeze, no matter where you’re coming from in Kingston.
When Is The Move?
Renovations are currently underway. We expect our doors will be closed for the last two weeks of February, with a grand reopening planned for March. But don’t worry, we won’t leave you “hanging”! We’ll be available via email for quotes and updates during this transition.
