We have been serving Kingston and the surrounding area since 1982. Our expert staff are available by appointment to help and guide you in creating your treasure. Walk-ins are also welcome, but appointments are preferred as we can get very busy and we don't want to keep you waiting!

Are your services expensive?
To be perfectly honest - we actually have some of the most affordable services available, but we also have many luxury options! It all depends on your project and your budget - and we are here to listen and help you. Because we have worked with thousands of clients, we know how to find the perfect solution for your needs.
Do I have to book an appointment?
Nope! In fact, there are many ways you can work with us.
- If you are local to one of our store locations you can walk-in or book an appointment
- You can also use our online tools to quote and order some of our services right here online!
- Some of our services require a special quote, and our service pages will guide you through that process and get us in touch.
Keep checking back, because we are only adding and creating more ways for you to get fine art services online.
What is your turnaround time?
Standard turnaround times - contact us if you have a deadline for your order.
Custom Framing: 2 weeks, can be RUSHED for an additional rush charge of 10% of the order or $45 - whichever is greater to pay for supplier delivery fees.
Build-A-Frame: 1-2 days! Our legendary pre-made program can be completed fast for you at a great price.
Shadowbox: 2 -4 weeks. RUSH fees may apply for shorter timelines.
Paper Only Prints: 1 - 3 days. We often complete orders same-day, but please contact us if you have a specific timeline.
Mounted Prints: 1 week. May be longer with higher volumes.
Stretched Canvas Prints: 1 week.
Matted Paper Prints: 1 week.
Art Scanning: 1 week.
Art Installation: By Appointment.
Art Packaging: Up to 1 week for art crates, up to 3 days for foam boxes.
Art Restoration: Project dependent. Speak to us if you have a deadline.
How can we work together remotely across Canada?
No matter where you are in Canada, we can help you get your piece completed.
- When artwork needs to be sent to us first, we can create a custom package with pre-paid shipping at great rates
- When you need someone to pick up and package your work, we service the Toronto region
- When you don't need to send us work, we will ship your completed order to your doorstep
Insurance and GPS Tracking are available when the value of the shipment calls for it.
Do you pay your artists well?
Not only do we offer great commission rates in our gallery events, but when you buy a print from our gallery, our artists are being paid better than any other art seller online for passive prints, earning at least 28% of the value for every sale.
