Do I Need To Book An Appointment?

While we welcome walk-ins during our regular hours (9-5 Monday to Friday and 9-4 on Saturday), we strongly recommend booking an appointment to redeem your coupon. This guarantees you a dedicated time slot with one of our framing experts, especially during busy periods.

Can I Get A Quote Without An Appointment?

Many simple jobs can be quoted over email or phone. For custom framing, restoration, or larger projects, the most accurate quote is made in-store once we've seen and measured your item. Book an appointment or contact us — we're happy to help.

Do You Offer Pick Up or Delivery?

Yes we do! For orders over $350 we offer free in-town pick up and delivery, and we also offer Installations. Beyond Kingston, we offer courier Pickup and Delivery as well.

Where Can I Park?

Kingston: You can park on the street directly in front of our store at 673 Innovation Drive! Look for the sidewalk that leads to our door. There is also a parking lot adjacent to our building if street parking is taken.

Belleville: The parking lot off Victoria street next to our location has a reserved parking space for our customers.
