How long does it take to build my website? What’s the process?

We start with an introduction call to get to know you — your background, goals, and artistic style.

Over the next 3–4 weeks, our web team designs your site’s first version. Once it’s ready, we’ll share a private preview link and invite you to a follow-up meeting to discuss what you love and what you’d like to adjust.

After that, we’ll spend another 1–2 weeks refining everything and scheduling your official launch date together.

What platform do you use?

We build new websites on Shopify — a trusted Canadian platform that’s flexible, fast, and ideal for artists who want to sell online.

We also work with Wix, Squarespace, Square, and Framer to redesign, improve, or migrate existing sites.

Will I be able to manage my website after launch?

Yes — absolutely. You’ll have full access and ownership of your site.

We’ll also train you to manage it yourself: upload new artworks, edit pages, adjust prices, and make any updates you need with confidence.

Do you offer support after launch?

Yes. We offer an optional monthly maintenance plan that covers ongoing updates, new product uploads, page improvements, bug fixes, advice, and general technical support — so your site keeps growing with your art.

Do you only create new websites, or can you work on existing ones too?

We do both.

Our team can improve and update your current site, refresh its design, upload new works, enhance your marketing setup, or help you migrate to a better platform.

What can I sell on my website?

You can sell original artworks, prints, and framed pieces — all directly through your site.

We also offer printing, framing, and dropshipping services.

If you sell prints, we’ll set up your site to offer all standard options — canvas, mounted prints, matted prints, fine art paper prints — with framing options included.

When a customer places an order, we can print, frame, and ship it directly to them on your behalf.
